Here's how to apply for membership

Provided that you qualify* for membership (see Join the Club page) you will need to fill out the application request form below and we will send you the Official Membership Application for you to fill out and return to us. Of course, another option is simply stop on by at one of our meetings and fill out the applications there. We meet every 2nd Monday of every month at 7:30 P.M. at the FOP 89, 2905 Old Largo Rd., in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. (see map).

*Please note, Employment Verification is required
